<div><p>SF Partners are seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing business. This is a varied generalist role offering exposure across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.</p><p>West Bromwich Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) 37 hours per week Salary GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (dependent on experience)</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.</li><li>Coach and support managers through investigations and formal meetings.</li><li>Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interviews, agency management and onboarding.</li><li>Act as a first point of contact for HR queries.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR systems.</li><li>Assist with HR reporting and people initiatives.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.</li><li>Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence supporting managers.</li><li>Recruitment and onboarding experience.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.</li><li>CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable).</li><li>Resilient, proactive and able to build credibility across all levels of the business.</li><li>Free onsite parking.</li></ul></div>
