Role Description
This is a full-time off-site role based in London and the South East for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will perform tasks such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration and dispense systems. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive service. Collaboration with clients to ensure optimal system performance and timely resolution of any issues is a key part of this role.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Field Service tasks, including installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
* Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
* Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to interact with clients, address their needs, and maintain satisfaction.
* Ability to work independently in on-site environments and manage time effectively.
* Experience with water filtration systems or similar technical equipment is advantageous.
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus.
