Residual Value (RV) is one of the most critical drivers of profitability in vehicle finance. As an RV Specialist, you will play a key role in setting, managing, and governing Residual Values that balance risk discipline with commercial competitiveness. You’ll combine market insight, data analysis, and strategic thinking to support Ford Credit’s growth ambitions while mitigating financial risk.
Essential
1. Proven experience in Residual Value management within automotive leasing, finance, or risk.
2. Experience operating in a regulated financial services environment.
3. Strong understanding of the automotive market and competitive model ranges.
4. Advanced data analysis skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
6. A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
Desirable
7. Experience working closely with an automotive manufacturer or strong engagement with the motor trade.
8. Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline.
9. Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or Looker.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
