Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
An established Glasgow-based firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its supportive team. The role involves managing a varied caseload, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with regular court attendance. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Experience:
* NQ to 4 years’ PQE in personal injury and clinical negligence law
* Experience managing claims and guiding clients through litigation
* Exposure to court proceedings and client negotiations
* Able to work collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload from initial advice through to court hearings and conclusion
* Represent clients confidently at court and in negotiations
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the litigation process
* Support colleagues and contribute to team outcomes
Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
* Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
* Client-focused with attention to detail
