Autism & Behaviour Intervention Assistant Location: Bath Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday (term time) Pay: £92.95 – £105 per day About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, patient and proactive Autism & Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join a specialist education setting in Bath. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), additional learning needs, and behavioural challenges. You don’t need formal qualifications - what matters most is the right mindset and relevant experience from care, youth work, psychology or education studies, sports coaching, or other people‑focused roles. Full training and guidance will be provided by experienced staff on site.
