This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner within a fast-paced matrimonial department. The role would suit someone with previous matrimonial or litigation experience who is comfortable working in a client-focused legal environment and managing a varied workload. About the Firm

Early finish - 4:30 pm on Fridays Key Responsibilities
Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
Managing and maintaining client files, ensuring accuracy and organisation
Audio typing and document production as required
Providing administrative support to solicitors within the team
Assisting with case preparation and file management
Liaising professionally with clients and other legal professionals
Managing deadlines and prioritising workloads effectively About You
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role
Experience within matrimonial law or litigation is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
