We are recruiting for a strong Sous Chef to join an amazing team at a lovely Gastro pub in central London.
There is a big focus on working with seasonal, organic ingredients and aiming towards zero waste, so you should share that passion.
You will assist the Senior Sous and Head Chefs in managing the kitchen, which will included staff training, rotas, food costs, ordering and menu development.
