The Role Monday & Friday: Delivering maths lessons to students, following a broad and engaging curriculum Tuesday–Thursday: Providing Learning Support Assistant (LSA) cover across the school Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom to promote progress, engagement, and positive behaviour Working closely with teaching staff and the wider support team to meet individual pupil needs The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience teaching or supporting maths up to Key Stage 4 (desirable) Confidence delivering engaging and accessible maths lessons A good understanding of how to manage challenging behaviour positively and effectively Experience working with pupils with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD (desirable) HLTA qualification or equivalent experience A patient, resilient, and proactive approach Why Work with TeacherActive?
