About the Role:As an SEN Teacher, you'll work with students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and complex medical or developmental profiles.
Your Role Includes:
* Crafting bespoke lessons that reflect each learner's unique abilities
* Working with the P Scales to measure and support progress
* Building trusting, empathetic relationships with students
* Promoting positive behaviours and a respectful classroom dynamic
* Providing personal care support when required
What We Need From You:
* Valid QTS
* UK work eligibility (no sponsorship)
* Enhanced DBS (on Update Service or willing to apply)
* Experience in SEN teaching within the UK education system
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Available for full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
