Sustainability Co-ordinator Market Drayton Full-time Permanent We are recruiting for a Sustainability Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability team at Muller UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of data collection, validation, analysis, and generating insights to support our sustainability initiatives.
You will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sustainability programs.
This role is open to graduates.
Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Team, including raising purchase orders (POs), organising events, and monitoring action logs and project control books.
Support sustainability training events, including managing training records, logistics, and preparing training materials.
Collect, check, and validate data for internal and external reporting requirements (e.g., carbon, energy, water, waste).
Input data into relevant platforms to inform reporting submissions.
Verify data across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and minimise input errors, investigating any anomalies.
Analyse collected data, summarise key outputs, and highlight performance trends.
Implement and administer team document management (filing) systems and document control.
Key Requirements: Willingness to travel throughout England and Scotland.
Keen interest in data handling and analysis, with a willingness to investigate and fill any gaps.
Experience working with environmental/sustainability data and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI).
SAP, Manufacture 2030, Sedex, Ecovadis).
Understanding of basic process mapping and project management principles.
IEMA Foundation Certificate (Environmental Sustainability) or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH Certificate) preferred.
Experience in the food and/or drinks or other manufacturing industry is desirable.
ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems training is a plus.
