We’re solving real problems for patients and health systems—and growing fast. ‍⚕️ What You’ll Do as a Proactive Care Programme Director Programme strategy and execution Oversee the design, mobilisation, and delivery of multi-pathway proactive care programs serving thousands of patients. Develop and iterate a scalable service model demonstrating measurable patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Orchestrate efforts across a high-performing cross functional team, integrating internal functions (e.g. product, clinical, ops) and third-party contributors across critical work streams. Stakeholder engagement Build trusted relationships with NHS leadership, the DHSC, clinicians, and regulators. Champion the programme as a model for system reform, aligning public agendas to support long-term adoption. Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including outcome attribution and commercial progress. Product and technology alignment Partner with Product and Tech leadership to meet evolving programme needs, ensuring interoperability, user adoption, and scalability. Champion data-driven decision-making, enabling continuous improvement across clinical and operational dimensions. Transformational impact and scaling Translate insights and assets into a blueprint for broader NHS adoption. Develop a robust scale-up plan supported by outcome evidence and aligned stakeholder incentives, ensuring enduring legacy beyond the initial programmes. ✅ What Experience You’ll Bring to the Team Essential: Complex programme delivery: Proven track record leading large-scale, high-stakes transformation programmes in healthcare or within the public sector. NHS operational fluency: Deep understanding of NHS structures, commissioning and funding pathways, care delivery models. Strategic engagement and influence: Strong influencing skills, particularly to senior stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and Drive alignment across complex local systems. Product and digital enablement Solid understanding of digital health product development, implementation, and regulatory considerations in NHS contexts. Able to translate service design needs into product requirements and scalable solutions. Desirable: Familiarity with proactive care, remote monitoring, and population health tools. Experience with value-based contracting or outcome-linked service models. Exposure to public-private partnership structures in health or social care.
