What you will do:
* Complete thorough risk assessments of service users to minimise risks.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions, treatments, and care for service users with mental health diagnoses.
* Evaluate the psychological, physical, spiritual, and occupational needs of service users, along with their families and carers.
* Assess capacity and provide safe treatment and care to those who may lack capacity.
* Continuously evaluate patient conditions, modifying care plans for optimal outcomes.
* Attend high-risk or crisis situations to deliver management advice and clinical intervention.
* Prioritise health problems and initiate effective emergency care where necessary.
* Participate in decision-making meetings and evaluate care with multidisciplinary team members.
* Support service users in adhering to prescribed interventions and promote evidence-based care for mental health conditions.
* Encourage service users in adopting recovery strategies that enhance their wellbeing and promote independence.
* Champion the involvement of families in care, respecting their diversity, equality, and rights.
