You'll be supporting our mission to transform social care and help more people live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes. In this role, you'll support individuals who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness and need extra help while they recover. This vital service enables people to leave hospital sooner and helps reduce pressure on the NHS.
You'll be travelling across the region undefined including Clacton, Tendering, Harwich, Manningtree, Frinton, Walton-on-the-Naze, and nearby areas undefined to provide post-hospital care to those recovering from illness or injury.

About the role:
* Block shift pay, with Guaranteed Hours available for those with flexible availability
