Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Customer Service/Planner to work for a company in Witney in Oxfordshire.


Role: Customer Service/Planner


Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 Per Annum


Location: Witney, Oxfordshire


Hours: Full time – Office Based


Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service/Planner to join our client. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, supporting our clients with their security needs. As a Customer Service/Planner, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the services.



Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Planner:



1. Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions

2. Coordinate and schedule security services to meet client's needs and ensure timely delivery of services

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique security needs and provide customised solutions

4. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing

5. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

6. Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients

7. Prepare reports summarising customer service activities and performance for senior management

8. Monitor KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

9. Analyse customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations



About you:



11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

12. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

13. Knowledge of security services and industry trends

14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

15. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
