Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef in this holiday park kitchen in Cirencester, you will:
8. Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
9. Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
10. Lead and motivate the team during service
11. Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
12. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
13. Help train and develop junior team members
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Sous Chef, you’ll need:
14. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
15. Confidence working in a fast-paced holiday park or hospitality environment
16. Strong leadership and communication skills
17. A hands-on approach with attention to detail
18. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
