This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in holiday home, lodge, or high-value sales leadership, looking to progress within a respected and growing business. You will lead from the front, drive revenue performance, inspire the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the full sales journey. The Role As Selling Sales Manager, you will be hands-on in driving sales while also overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales operation. You will be responsible for maximising conversions, motivating the team, managing leads, and ensuring all customers receive a premium and professional buying experience. Key Responsibilities Lead from the front with direct holiday home / lodge sales activity Drive overall sales performance, profitability, and revenue growth Manage and motivate the sales team to exceed targets Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation Manage lead generation, follow-up activity, and appointments Support customers through the full sales process from enquiry to handover Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and team performance Deliver coaching, training, and ongoing development to the team Build long-term relationships with owners and prospective buyers Maintain legal compliance and company best practice at all times About You Proven experience as a Selling Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive Holiday home, lodge, caravan, property or high-ticket sales background preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire results Highly commercial and target-driven mindset Professional, polished, and customer focused Excellent communication and negotiation skills Driven to progress within a premium business environment What's On Offer Highly competitive basic salary Attractive uncapped commission structure Performance-related bonus scheme Accommodation available Long-term career progression Work within a premium 5-star park environment Interested?
