Dorset Council is seeking HR Advisors focused on Change to join their Change Team. In this role, you will support high-quality, people-centred change across the council, guiding reorganisations and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
The position offers a mix of home and office-based work. You will be involved in a variety of change initiatives, enhancing your experience within a dynamic environment. This role is offered on a full or part-time basis and is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
