Basic tool set for the role and willingness to undergo training for conversion processes. Desire to excel in a hands-on role and contribute to the successful conversion of vehicles. Preferred Qualifications: Proven automotive electrical experience. Relevant vocational training or certification. Any additional training or certification in vehicle fitting or automotive technology.
