DHL is looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team in Castle Donington .
Pay Rates
Days: £19.81/hour
Nights: £20.86/hour
Overtime: £29.71/hour
Saturday & Sunday (all hours): £22.20/hour
Bank Holidays: £29.71/hour
Shift Patterns
Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday
Ad-hoc
AM and PM shifts available
Start times 05:00-06:00
13:00-01:00
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in a professional manner
Complete deliveries and collections within scheduled timescales
Conduct thorough pre- and post-vehicle inspections
Accurately complete delivery records, logs, and related documentation
Adhere to all road traffic laws, safety standards, and DHL company policies
Load and unload goods using roller cages when required
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for at least 6 months )
Minimum 4 months Class 1 driving experience
Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
Good knowledge of Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and transport regulations
