As a Credit Controller, you will be an essential part of our finance team, responsible for managing the credit control function within our healthcare organisation. Your role will involve- Ensuring timely payment of invoices from patients, insurancepanies, and other third-party payers- Maintaining accurate records of patient accounts and billing information- Resolving payment discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner- Liaising with patients, insurancepanies, and other stakeholders to address billing inquiries and concerns- Monitoring and managing aged debtors to minimise outstanding balances- Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and reporting requirementsThis is an exciting opportunity to apply your credit control expertise in a healthcare setting and contribute to the financial stability and success of our organisation.What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry- Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and other stakeholders- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Amitment to providing excellent customer service and patient careWhat you’ll get in return
