Our client, a highly respected and award-winning independent workshop located in Gatwick, West Sussex, is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team. Duties:
* Conduct servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicle makes and models
* Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately
* Perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently and to manufacturer standards
* Assist in the ongoing training and development of team members as a Vehicle Technician
* Keep accurate records of repairs and service documentation
* Support the workshop in meeting productivity and quality targets
* Adhere to health and safety policies at all times
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant industry experience
* Proven ability to perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Enthusiastic mindset and eager to learn new technologies
* MOT licence advantageous but not essential; training can be provided
* A \"can-do\" attitude with excellent communication skills
