We are looking for a multi-skilled Engineer to join our team in Wisbech. This is a hands-on role maintaining and improving production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
* Fault finding and repair on mechanical & electrical equipment
* Maintaining PLC-controlled machinery
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime
* Supporting continuous improvement across the site
* Ensuring high standards of food safety and health & safety
What we are looking for:
* Qualified, skilled engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience/knowledge
* Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
* Good communication and basic IT skills
