Currently rated as Outstanding with CQC, we’re looking for a Care Home Manager to inspire and guide our established team in Stowlangtoft. Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Particular focus and success on growing self pay occupancy
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement
The Skills you’ll need:
* Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Particular focus and success on growing self pay occupancy
* Proven track record in the sector with strong commercial acumen
* Clinical background (RGN/RMN/RNLD) essential
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in elderly care
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
