Quantity Surveyor: Grid Team Services is a rapidly growing Irish Design/Build Contractor in the Electricity Sector. We have an immediate vacancy for a Professionally qualified QS with minimum 5 years experience in the Utility Construction Sector. Based in mid-Ulster with the main activity concentrated on a new 5-year Principal Framework contract. Reporting to the Project Manager, among the main duties will be: Interpretation and preparation of contract documents and liaison with the client QS. Monitor and control costs throughout the project. Identify risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation. Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections. Value completed work on a weekly/monthly basis. Analyse progress and financial returns in detailed reports. Liaise between project managers, site supervisors, senior management and the client.
