About the Role
Supported Living Worker – supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and additional needs in daily living, independence, and social activities
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 p/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Near Guildford
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, alternate weekends; part-time considered
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting daily routines like cooking, shopping and cleaning
Encouraging independence and confidence
Joining in on activities like gym sessions, nature walks, and trips
Helping tenants manage emotions with kindness and guidance
Being a trusted companion and advocate for people who need you
