We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for our Programme Management team who would be based at our Biggin Hill office. Do you have what it takes to be part of the world’s greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to project/programme managers within PMO
* Coordinate resource planning and utilisation through timely approval of timesheets in the PPM system
* Support PM’s with reporting, meeting notes and key documentation as well as action tracking
* Adhere to and improve administration and delivery processes and procedures
* Focal point for project focused admin
* Support Associate Director of Operating Processes with the creation and maintenance of data driven dashboards and reports
* Support Associate Director of Operating Processes with ad hoc projects
Specification Essentials:
* 3 years Project Coordination experience
* Prince 2 Foundation
* Experience using MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word
* Experience analysing and producing data dashboards
