Overview
Residential Property Conveyancer - 0-2 PQE - Bristol. Location: Bristol. Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (flexible working options available). Salary: £30,000 to £45,000. PQE: 0-2 years. Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their busy and highly regarded conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer or legal executive to gain hands-on experience in a thriving residential property department. The team is known for its client-focused approach and strong local reputation, handling a broad range of property transactions across the South West.
The Role
You\'ll work closely with experienced colleagues and clients on a variety of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales (registered and unregistered)
* Shared ownership and new build transactions
* Re-mortgages and equity release
* Transfers of equity and title rectifications
* Liaising with lenders, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor, legal executive, or paralegal with relevant conveyancing experience. We\'re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* 0-2 years\' PQE in residential property law
* A solid understanding of conveyancing processes and documentation
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and client-care abilities
* A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
