Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a Classroom Support Worker to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Bovington.
As a Classroom Support Worker, you will assist teachers with classroom preparation and behaviour management, and provide direct support to pupils who may need additional help accessing the curriculum. You’ll play a vital role in building student confidence and contributing to a calm, focused learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities of Classroom Support Worker:
* Support pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
* Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
* Help prepare learning materials and classroom displays.
* Provide feedback to teachers and contribute to progress reviews.
* Promote a positive learning environment where all pupils feel included.
* Encourage students' engagement, independence, and personal development.
* Assist with breaktime and lunchtime duties when required.
Requirements for Classroom Support Worker:
* Previous experience working with children in a classroom or similar setting as a Classroom Support Worker.
* A degree in Education, Psychology or a similar field.
* CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistant or Childcare
* A calm, friendly, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
* Possess an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
