About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled RF Optimisation Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson LTE networks. This role focuses on network performance analysis and tuning, requiring onsite collaboration with engineering teams in Austin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse LTE KPIs and resolve issues related to coverage, handovers, and interference.
* Conduct drive test analysis and implement parameter tuning using ENM, TEMS, and Actix.
* Work with cross-functional teams to support optimisation and network improvements.
* Prepare reports and insights to support continuous network enhancement.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of RF Optimisation experience, including 2+ years on Ericsson LTE.
* Proficient with tools such as ENM, TEMS, and Actix.
* Strong understanding of LTE air interface, call flow, and KPI tuning.
* Full-time onsite availability in Austin, Dallas, or surrounding areas in Texas, USA.
