What You'll Do:
As our HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers and employees through various HR matters.
Absence Management: Monitor and manage employee absence to ensure a healthy work environment.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training & Support: Provide training to staff on HR-related topics and best practices.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A CIPD Level 5 qualification (preferred) 📜
Proven experience in employee relations and absence management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
