Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Make a difference every single day. Teaching Personnel is working closely with welcoming schools in Newbury to recruit Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about helping children thrive. You’ll support pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in the classroom.
