Our client, a well-established franchise dealership in Lincoln, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Basic salary up to approximately £38,150, with an OTE of around £45,000
45-hour working week with consistent hours

Conduct a full range of mechanical repairs and servicing on vehicles
Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within set timeframes
Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and cleanliness
Assist and guide junior staff members as required as a Vehicle Technician
Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately
Support the workshop team in achieving daily productivity targetsRequirements:
Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Repair or an equivalent qualification
Relevant experience in a main dealer or independent workshop environment
Valid MOT licence is highly desirable but not essential
Ability to perform a full range of mechanical and diagnostic tasks
Strong team player with good communication skills
