About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one or small-group support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language needs). Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environment. Help pupils with their academic, social and emotional development. Support classroom activities, behaviour management and personalised learning plans. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people (school-based or other relevant settings).
