Responsibilities
1. Undertake comprehensive assessments of foster carers, adopters, and kinship/connected persons within agreed timescales
2. Complete annual reviews and present reports to relevant panels
3. Prepare court and tribunal reports and attend hearings as required
4. Provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and support to carers to ensure high standards of care
5. Contribute to permanency planning, family finding, and matching processes
6. Deliver and support training programmes such as Skills to Foster and Preparation to Adopt
7. Promote placement stability and positive outcomes for children, including those with complex needs or trauma backgrounds
