We are proud of our thriving eCommerce operation which seamlessly integrates with our physical stores. To support further growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Harrogate.
This role blends creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on email, paid media, analytics, content production, and social media growth. You'll be working with agencies, internal teams, and design colleagues to ensure our brand presence is consistent and effective across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Asset Creation
* Deliver creative assets for email, social, and paid campaigns.
* Coordinate with brand/design teams to meet deadlines.
* Produce visuals for in-store marketing (digital screens, posters, POS signage).
* Adapt creatives for use across multiple digital channels.
PPC & Paid Media
* Act as the day-to-day contact for our PPC agency.
* Provide briefs, insights, and creative assets for paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
* Support campaign optimisation with product focus and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting
* Track and report on key KPIs, including ROAS/POAS and customer performance.
* Build campaign performance summaries for the wider team.
* Use GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads to support data-driven decision making.
Social Media Growth
* Support the planning and creation of engaging content across social platforms.
* Assist with growing followers, engagement, and brand reach on key channels.
* Monitor competitor activity and trends to inform social strategy.
Email (Klaviyo)
* Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows.
* Manage segmentation, testing, and reporting to drive engagement and sales.
* Ensure email campaigns align with briefs and wider brand messaging.
Audience & Targeting
* Develop and refine high-value customer segments for lifecycle marketing.
* Manage remarketing and exclusion lists in collaboration with the PPC agency.
* Build Klaviyo lists to support retention and conversion campaigns.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or eCommerce.
* Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo and email marketing.
* Familiarity with PPC campaign management and agency coordination.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Confident using GA4, Shopify, and Meta Ads reporting.
* Experience in supporting social media content and growth.
* Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Creative flair and the ability to design effective digital and in-store assets.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects.
