Location: Gravitas Manchester office (St Peter's Square)

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH (normally Wednesday)

We're on the lookout for a Head of Learning & Development who’s ready to take the reins of our award-winning L&D function and elevate it to new heights – across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

L&D Manager - The Opportunity

As Head of L&D, you’ll:

* Own and evolve the global L&D strategy – with an initial focus on UK and long-term scope across Asia and Europe.
* Build upon our current consultant programmes and expand our offering into leadership development, exec coaching, and high-performance culture.
* Work closely with our Chief People Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Head of HR on impactful People initiatives – including DEI, wellbeing, and retention.

L&D Manager - What We Are After

* Recruitment industry experience
* 5+ years experience in L&D/ training position: evidence of developing recruiters from trainee/ graduate level up to leadership and above over a long period of time
* Experience managing an L&D team or line management experience

Interview Process

* Initial call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to go through the above criteria and tell you more about the role / Gravitas
* First stage Teams interview with our CPO
* Second Stage interview with a Leader from our People Team
* Final stage in-person presentation including our CEO and UK Technology Director
