Responsibilities
* As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
* Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
* A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
* Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
* Take pride in every successful service.
* A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
