The Vacancy We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operational Support Clerk to join our dedicated Safeguarding Adults Team. This is a vital administrative role supporting the team in delivering effective safeguarding processes for adults at risk across North Lincolnshire. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the team's operations, providing high-quality clerical and administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Adults Team, including minute-taking, diary management, and handling sensitive information. Maintain and update safeguarding databases and case management systems. Support the coordination of safeguarding meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing documentation. Respond to enquiries from professionals and members of the public in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies. We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in administrative or clerical work, ideally within a health, social care, or safeguarding setting. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and case management systems. Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. A clear communicator with excellent attention to detail. Discreet and professional when handling sensitive and confidential information. Committed to promoting the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk.
