We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. Duties
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
* Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and payments.
* Process phone reservations and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Address any guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
* Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.
Skills
* Strong background in guest services, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
* Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing bookings and records.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour.
* Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
