Asbestos Surveyor - Kent & Essex
Location: Kent / EssexSalary: £38,000Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Kent, Essex, and the wider South East region.
The company has a strong and consistent pipeline of work across commercial and mixed-use properties, operating with clear processes, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support. This role offers long-term stability for a surveyor who is confident managing their own sites and delivering work to a high technical standard.

The Role
* Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
* Surveying a range of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties
* Identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials on site
* Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
* Managing site visits and reporting deadlines effectively
* Ensuring full compliance with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements
* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
* Ability to manage workload independently in a field-based role
* Full UK driving licence
