This position is within the MO Technology function and reports to the Portfolio Partner.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the Portfolio reporting tool, working with team leads to create and automate integrated product, project, and portfolio reports.
2. Collaborating with the Portfolio planner to ensure efficient investment allocation and decision-making processes.
3. Leading reporting efforts for the portfolio team, interfacing with finance, HR, and business units, and working with the Data CoE to consolidate, automate, and streamline reporting.
4. Developing mechanisms for continuous, cohesive views of all investments.
5. Managing current and future portfolio tools, including AI-focused solutions.
6. Enhancing the central Technology KPI dashboard with Power BI and other tools.
7. Supporting presentation creation for QBRs, AOP, and other key submissions.
Qualifications:
* Experience in agile environments and product methodologies.
* Proven change management skills in portfolio and product/project delivery.
* Data analysis experience within change portfolios.
* Ability to drive positive change in dynamic settings.
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Strong storytelling and presentation skills, especially with PowerPoint and Power BI.
* Experience with AI portfolio tooling for insight-driven reports.
* Capability to build dashboards and reports.
* Systems thinking, analytical skills, and collaborative relationship management.
* Numeracy skills with ability to translate strategy into value.
Minimum criteria:
* Understanding of technology operating models and trends.
* Strong Power BI and reporting skills.
* Experience with portfolio and product tooling.
* Financial and commercial acumen.
* High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to create forward-thinking reporting and insights.
