A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Coordinator to join a successful and well-established company based in St Albans.
You will help manage key accounts and help to develop new business by developing ranges and sourcing new products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage communication with suppliers and factories.
* Coordinate new product development and sourcing.
* Research market trends and product categories.
* Prepare briefs, reports, and customer quotes.
* Collaborate with design and QA teams on concepts, packaging, and quality checks.
* Maintain sample records and ensure packaging accuracy.
* Handle documentation and support product setup and delivery.
* Organise samples and assist with meeting preparation.
What the employer is looking for:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience, ideally within buying / production experience
* Attention to detail essential
* Comprehensive in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Good multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
* Work well on own initiative but also within a team
