We are seeking dedicated and professional Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist mental health service.
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for individuals within our service. You will work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to provide safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused support while promoting dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities
13. Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual support plans and service models of care
14. Promote therapeutic relationships and reduce restrictive interventions
15. Administer and manage medication safely in line with NMC guidelines and organisational policies
16. Maintain accurate, factual, and up-to-date patient records
17. Participate in multidisciplinary assessments, care planning, and reviews
18. Support patients following incidents and contribute to staff debriefs
19. Ensure patients are actively involved in their care and behavioural support planning
Leadership & Team Support
20. Act as a positive role model for the wider staff team
21. Support and mentor new, junior, and agency staff
22. Contribute to a positive and professional working environment
23. Participate in supervision, appraisals, and staff development processes
