BC Functional Consultant £85000 Consulting role Hybrid & working onsite Working for an established and growing business, we are looking to hire someone who has a desire to: Oversee complete Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation cycles, from initial discovery through to successful go-live Facilitate client workshops to capture and document detailed business requirements Translate business needs into tailored BC solutions, producing Statements of Work and functional specifications Configure Business Central to reflect client operations, including workflows, financials, reporting, and integrations Deliver customised training sessions to end users, ensuring confident system adoption Provide hands-on support during go-live, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless transition Offer ongoing post-implementation assistance, including troubleshooting, system optimisation, and process enhancements Work closely with internal development teams to ensure customisations meet project objectives and user expectations Contribute to upgrade initiatives, migrating clients from NAV to the latest BC versions Suitable candidates must possess: Proven expertise in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience delivering solutions within a Microsoft Partner environment Comprehensive functional knowledge across BC modules, with deep expertise in Manufacturing and Projects Skilled in engaging end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective training Strong written and verbal communication abilities Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines with precision This is an exciting role with leading and ambitious business who work in true partnership with their clients.
