As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, supporting the team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that showcase the diverse French food landscape, balancing indulgent classics with lighter options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver excellent service
* Assist in menu development and ensure food quality and presentation
