Job Description
What you'll be doing:
* Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
* Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
* Supporting employee relations cases including investigations and note-taking
* Assisting with recruitment and supporting managers through the hiring process
* Coordinating training and development initiatives
* Keeping employee records up to date using the HRIS
* Supporting key HR projects and process improvements
* Helping with monthly payroll data and HR reporting
The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for:
* Previous HR generalist experience - ideally in a fast-paced environment
* A good working knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
* Organised, detail-oriented and a self-starter
