Job Summary
Invesco is seeking a Senior Executive Full Stack Engineer in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. The role is permanent, full‑time, and focuses on building and scaling a new digital investment service across partner platforms.

Join a dynamic team of finance, technology, and distribution professionals working at the intersection of innovation and impact. The team develops a next‑generation digital investment service to help retail intermediaries make investing more accessible and intuitive.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain highly performant API‑driven web applications on our stack (Angular, React, SASS, Java SpringBoot, Mulesoft).
* Design and implement REST APIs to industry/company standards.
* Work with product design to develop and iterate user interfaces for complex financial data.
* Collaborate with engineering across the organization to maintain consistency in practices.
* Leverage development centers in Atlanta, Houston, New York City, and India to collaborate globally.
* Perform peer code reviews, evaluating performance, security, and flexibility.
* Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand‑up, sprint planning, demos, scrum of scrums).
Qualifications
* Proven experience in front‑end frameworks such as Angular and React.
* Proven experience in back‑end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or Java SpringBoot.
* Experience with Mulesoft.
* Experience with core AWS services.
* Experience working in an Agile team and environment.
* Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Gulp, Bower, Maven, Log4j.
* Familiar with SSO solutions such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID (a plus).
* Knowledge of the Financial Services industry (a plus).
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Self‑motivated, capable of working with little or no supervision.

Location: Henley‑on‑Thames, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Work Model: Hybrid, with at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office (as of 1 Oct 2025).
