We are looking for a talented individual who can maximise the lead generation from the existing client base, and new clients.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning market, with deep experience of the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
The Role
This is a new and exciting role whose purpose is to deliver the company strategic sales plan, working with branches across the network to generate leads, establish client relationships and increase business across the group.
* You will be based at our head office in Sawston, Cambridge, and will report to and take instruction from the directors.
* You will be able to put your experience and expertise to good use by creating and executing a strategic sales plan for the group. This will include planning, setting goals, analysing existing client data and making forecasts.
* Using your excellent communication skills and ability to motivate colleagues, you will work with sales and service teams in the branch network to identify new business and existing clients that can be expanded to Group clients.
* Developing strong long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients is essential and you will get to travel to and meet with clients on a regular basis.
What do you need to have?
* Proven track record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
* If your success rate has been at levels above your sales quota, even better.
* Strong technical knowledge on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with the ability to provide customers with high level advice and service.
* Five or more years’ experience in managing sales.
* Excellent track record of customer relationship development and management.
* Fully computer literate and experienced in working on CRM and database systems.
* Ability to motivate colleagues is important and if you have motivational speaking experience this will be a distinct advantage.
* A full valid driving license is essential.
