Overview
An iconic not-for-profit organisation is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on an 18-month contract, ideally to start ASAP. Reporting into one of the HRBPs, this fixed-term contract will support on a variety of projects transforming the People Function.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR management team, taking the lead on coordination and keeping projects on track. You will also support the wider HR Advisory team, ensuring managers and employees receive consistent, practical, well-informed advice when they need it most.
It’s a varied mix: one day you might help deliver a new people initiative, the next you could be supporting managers through people challenges, or finding better ways of working that support culture and future plans. Responsibilities

* Balance project work with hands-on HR support as part of a collaborative HR team.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in HR advisory and project coordination, with the ability to support managers and employees effectively.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs of the organisation.
