Hexagon’s Division Stationary Metrology is seeking a People & Culture Senior Director EMEA to lead the people strategy across a region of approximately 1,000 employees.

What you’ll do
* Serve as the primary HR business partner to EMEA regional leadership in support of the global Stationary Divisional strategies.
* Develop a high-performing regional HR team of approximately 25 team members across multiple countries.
* Drive workforce planning, succession strategy, and leadership development.
* Partner with leaders on organisational design and transformation initiatives.
* Oversee execution of performance management and employee engagement frameworks.
* Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and works council matters.
* Partner with People & Culture Centres of Excellence to design and deliver programs, initiatives, and annual processes across the Stationary employees in the region.
* Partner with Total Rewards CoE to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
* Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition CoE to align talent needs with forecasted headcount and talent needs in the region.
* Lead regional change management initiatives across transformation programs.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of demonstrated successes in senior-level HR leadership experiences within multinational organisations.
* Proven experience leading HR strategy across multiple EMEA countries.
* Strong executive stakeholder influence and business acumen.
* Deep expertise in organisational design and talent management.
* Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or technology environments preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
